After some discussion with Robin Romera, an avid photographer and skier, together they concocted a plan for a last-minute trip to South America. With the summer in the Alps in full effect, Leo Taillefer was working hard to fund his winter season, dreaming constantly of fresh powder and distant horizons. His work is the inspiration behind this film, a tribute to this reactionary writer and adventurer who dedicated his life to his work and to scandal, shock value and protest before finally putting an end to his life in February 2005.
